Public Input Hearing Re: Aqua Pennsylvania Wastewater’s Acquisition of Greenville Sanitary Authority Situated within the Borough of Greenville, Hempfield Township, and West Salem Township, Mercer County, Pennsylvania
The Public Utility Commission (PUC) will hold a telephonic public input hearing concerning Aqua Pennsylvania Wastewater, Inc.’s application to acquire the wastewater assets of the Greenville Sanitary Authority situated within the Borough of Greenville, Hempfield Township, and West Salem Township, Mercer County, Pennsylvania. The public input hearing will be held on:
Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at 6 p.m.
Telephonic Public Input Hearing
Customers are invited to present their views via telephone to the PUC, the judge, the company, and public advocates.
If you wish to testify at the telephonic public input hearing, please pre-register by 4:00 p.m. on Monday July 29, 2024. If you do not pre-register and provide the information listed below, you may not be able to testify.
To pre-register by email, please email Judge Hoyer’s legal assistant, Mary Swarner, at mswarner@pa.gov, and provide: (1) your first and last name, (2) the phone number you will be using to call into the public input hearing, and (3) if you require an interpreter to participate in the hearing, the language of the interpreter.
To pre-register by phone, please call Judge Hoyer’s office at 412.565.3550 and leave a message providing: (1) your first and last name, (2) the phone number you will be using to call into the public input hearing, (3) a phone number where you can be reached prior to the hearing if the PUC needs to contact you, (4) your email address, if you have one, and (5) if you require an interpreter to participate in the hearing, the language of the interpreter.
If you do not wish to testify but want to listen to the public input hearing, please contact Judge Hoyer’s office by email at mswarner@pa.gov or phone at 412.565.3550 and provide your name so the PUC can ensure it has adequate caller capacity on the conference bridge to accommodate all callers.
Hearing Exhibits: if you have any hearing exhibits to which you will refer during the telephonic hearing, please email them to Judge Hoyer’s Legal Assistant, Mary Swarner at mswarner@pa.gov. The legal assistant will forward the exhibits to the Judges and all parties. Exhibits must be received by: Monday, July 29, 2024.
